The mortgage
process simply begins with one phone call. At that time one
of our mortgage originators will walk you through the entire
process. Once the application information is gathered, our
office will process a credit report and provide you with a
preliminary assessment. After the pre-approval, the originator
will explain all aspects of the loan to you and will schedule
an efface appointment to discuss your situation and to become
acquainted. Please bring copies of the information that we
will need to verify income requirements of the loan. Once
the proper income documentation are reviewed and you fully
understand our loan proposal we will then order an appraisal
of their property to determine the current market value. The
appraisal of the property generally takes 3-5 business days.
Once we receive the appraisal we will be able to close their
loan in 5-7 days.
Once the loan has been approved and is ready to close, the
originator will then contact you and go over all aspects of
the loan to make sure that this is the exact loan that the
you desire. Once everyone is in agreement, we will schedule
a date and time to close the loan with all you and your attorney.
